yoga which provides many of the
benefits of vigorous yoga, however,
positions and
movements are very gentle, easy to
maintain and are
adapted to each students ability. Please
feel free to call and

a.m. – “ What is hyperbaric?” Come
to hear this very informative
presentation and then plan to stay for our delicious sandwich
bar. Let’s do a “Cake Walk” right
after lunch!

30th – Bingo – 10:30 a.m. –Come and celebrate “Hot
Air Balloon Day” with us! - We will enjoy games
and trivia after Bingo. Tables will be available

any participants who would like to have a craft
table. The Craft Fair starts at 9 a.m. Ice cream cones
will be our special treat for the afternoon! Come
and enjoy a great Friday at your senior center! Call
by noon the day before to order a hot meal or
enjoy the sandwich bar with no reservations needed.
