Monday, August 1st–Computer classes begin at 10 a.m., Bingo @ 10:30 a.m.
Tuesday, August 2nd –
“Breakfast for Lunch” – serving begins at 10 a.m. and continues till 12:30
p.m. No
reservations are needed. Soup & Sandwich also offered.
Wednesday, August 3rd
– Ed Bergman –Speaker- Alzheimer’s Association – Topic - “Momentum In
Science”
Quilting Class – 10:00 a.m.

Band Concert
and Ice Cream Social - You will not want
to miss this wonderful evening! The ice
cream social begins at 4:30 p.m. You can enjoy
a beverage, homemade cake and ice cream with an array of
toppings for $3.00. There will also be hot
dogs and chili dogs for sale. The food will be
available from 4:30 p.m. and continue to be served all
evening. Seating is always available inside.
The Band Concert begins at 7. We will enjoy
wonderful music by The Maine Community Band.
Bring your
lawn chairs and enjoy our lovely patio
and back yard. This event will be held inside
in the event of rain
.Wednesday, August 17th
– Nutrition Education will be presented by Sara Gdovin, Sara will be
speaking on
“Diabetes Education” at 11 a.m.
in the game room. Plan on attending this session
and be sure to invite anyone you
feel may benefit from hearing Sara. Encourage
those you invite to stay for lunch.
Remember the hot meal takes a
reservation but you can just stop in for the sandwich
bar – no reservations are needed.

SPAGHETTI SUPPER
FUNDRAISER – Serving 5p.m. till all are served
Serving will begin at 5 p.m. This will be
an all you can eat spaghetti dinner with a salad
bar! Proceeds will be used to help fund an
addition of a storage closet to the back of the
senior center.

the park so the center will be closed
until 3 p.m. Lunch will be served at about 12:15
at the park. Be sure to make your
lunch reservation by noon, August 23rd. Thank you!
